BT Voip or cloud thingy

[chippy348]

In and attempt to try and get my phone lines back with BT from XLN (second time now) they are really giving me the hard sell on their voip system.

On the face of it, it is cheaper than std line rentals but at the moment I just don’t want the hassle of swapping phone systems currently 9 hard wired phones with 2 incoming lines.

Anyone using BT Voip system ?

What are your phones at present, are they analog lines?

I'd say two lines for redundancy, or 4g backup is good though
