Surrey Secure Parking

Hi to all. I've been looking for a private garage to park my cars and been offered a brickbuilt warehouse which is a large (poss 20 - 25 vehicle) storage facility. It has 6' high secure fencing and gates and in a business park part of the town. During the day this is good for security, and at night it looks pretty safe too (option of fitting CCTV or even a night watchman is alsways a possibility, it has an office, kitchen and loos etc) It's far too big for my cars (for now!!) and I am trying to find out if any other PHers/TVR owners would be interested in renting parking space/s. No reason now not to buy that extra 'toy' you've been promising yourself!!
It's still early days, but if a good response is had -I will enter into negotiations with the landlord.
