Anyone else got a weird hump...

...in the boot of their S?

My S has a hump inside the boot on the passenger side, about 1 1/2 feet long and an inch high. Looking under the car reveals nothing - its simple build that way. Always though it was normal until Roy and Mark commented on it.

So, anyone else got one, or is my S unique (aren't they all)?

My V8S has an intrusion there, don't remember what it clears but there was something there, fuel line or something? Obvious if you had a look underneath.

We did, there's nowt there. I suspect it was there to clear something fitted to a V8S / S4 (it's a late S3).

Might it be for an exhaust variant for the North American market? (was there one????)
You know how strict they became around that time??
