Any recommendations for a supplier with speedy delivery? On Amazon they seem to be selling only the tiny strips suitable to put on a small flash whereas I need something a lot bigger.

Probably the best thing is to buy it on a roll and cut it to size. I bought a load of ND this way. Can't remember where from though unfortunately.
