Outsourced compliance document management- help?

Hi Folks,
I'm looking for a 3rd party provider to manage compliance documentation on my behalf. My core business involves engaging with a large number of sub contractors who all need to demonstrate various compliances/ insurances. The contractors would upload the original documents and the provider would check the submissions for completion, authenticity etc.

Any suggestions?
