Done mine a couple of months ago. They come in around 115 quid each give or take. Get solid ones for the front if you can rather than the Tuscan drilled ones. It looks like you can't get solids for the rear though. I would change pads aswell unless they are quite new.
Easy to do. Jack up take off front wheel. remove caliper (2 bolts), disc is floating so should pop off. If it doesn't then take a bloody great hammer and batter it off.
Rears, jack up, take off wheel, remove caliper. Loosen hand brake adjuster (should be at bottom, look through the hole).
Change disc, put on caliper, adjust handbrake, easy peasy.
