Looks very much like it, but I doubt a fella would be bothered by someone picking their nose.

I'd probably have walked out ,leaving all the shopping behind ,never to return.

I wouldn't have gone to the papers.

They've got their articles mixed up. That's Rogers Walters not Mrs Harding.

I was thinking Will Self.

Or perhaps Clare Balding's "sister"

Certainly not a Zoe

I don't get this complaining thing. I mean, I understand it's important to raise it but what the fk does she actually want? £11.50? All Tescos workers to be executed? Something somewhere in between?

Looks like Alex Jones started morphing into Noel Fielding and got stuck about half way!

I'm with the customer on this one.
Shop/cafe staff need to be told - Their managers do not seem to notice nor care, so it is up to the customers to 'manage' the behavior of staff.

It is not pleasant to see a member of staff scratching any part of their anatomy, or sneezing into their hand, and then handling shopping/money.

Call me grumpy but I'm fed up with people behaving as they want to, without consideration for the people around them.

I agree that it is offensive for the member of staff to have picked his nose, but this chaps face is also offensive to the member of staff so it cancels itself out.

I think it's a pretty revolting thing to do in public too.
Though he presumably had the choice of eating his 'nose grab' or leaving it on the side for whoever...

Well, judging from what the article says, she wanted an assurance that management would make some effort (training/discipline) to improve the personal hygiene of their staff, which seems a reasonable request to me.

She did not want a £10 voucher as that suggests fobbing off rather than learning a lesson.

I think any decent company would be doing that anyway. £10 is a bonus.

I get the same "fk off and die" reaction when I see dumb s (often young tts who think they're great) handing me a coffee cup by touching the bit I'm going to put my mouth on or by putting fingers in the cup itself. Top for customers, bottom for your cum stained mitts you wker!

She wants the member of staff to lose his job, nothing else will satisfy her.

Yes, and perhaps they did- but she says she did not get that impression. I think it's an example of situations whereby businesses find it so hard to just say 'sorry' and 'we will do our best to make sure it doesn't happen again' because they assume that every complainant is just after money.
It really is a basic point of customer service that complaints are valuable feedback and you should make the most of them when they arise.

This really boils my piss! Bought a take out coffee this week from a cafe, the old scraggly knobbly fingered witch took numerous attempts to fit the lid on, rubbing her thumbs and fingers all around the lid.
Other one that really fks me off is staff licking their thumbs/fingers to open your carrier bag before placing your stuff in.
