Inner windscreen edge?

I'm having my screen fitted tomorrow (I hope!!) and I'd like to know what you guys did to the inner edge of the cockpit surround that is left plain white/fibreglass?

Hopefully by adding this pic it may help.....

What pic?

I painted mine black to match dash.

What I did'nt realise until too late, is the factory lap the alcontara over that edge which covers it completely. The rest you just sand down and paint black.

Postponed till Monday as the senior fitter wasn't available in the end but they quoted me £88 all in.

So watch this space.........

Just got to get over the hassle with hanging the passenger door (drivers side fits perfectly).
