got me thinking

coming down a slip road onto a 3 lane road today following an M3 CSL, we both saw a gap in the traffic and went for it...

I thought I was doing really well to stay with him!

Now clearly the M3 is much faster than my car, I was in a 330, in 3rd, revs about 3500, but it got me wondering, if I was staying with him then what gear was he in?

any ideas?

it wasn't me. If it had been, you wouldn't have kept up : I know because I used to have a 330Ci (great car, but the M3 and CSL are so much better - try one you'll love it, I promise).

yeh, but no auto, all that hard work changing gears...

If you really really want to; you can drive the CSL in auto mode (wife mode !!)
