I’ve just been given a bbq and have been trying to find an instruction manual for its use (the “light it and cook food” part, I’m fine with smile).

Found some online but they’re all in Polish as it seems to be a Polish only manufacturer.

Can anyone tell me if the charcoal goes on top of part A in the diagram below, or is it supposed to go in the ‘barrel’, part C?

I don't speak Polish - but I have an identical barbecue.

You put the coal on top of J, which sits at the narrow base of A, where it joins to B. The little slidey door, E/F, varies the air in, and the ash all ends up in the bottom of C.

The food sits on I, obv, which can be height-adjusted in the slots of H.

The handles, G, are all flimsy as hell, but it broadly works just fine.

Google Translate has a really good "augmented reality" translation option that lets you point your phone at words and it magically translates it. I use it a lot in Poland, works a treat.

It’s together fine, it’s just the use of it that struggle with biggrin

And I never said anything about being a real man. I draw the line at wearing crocs, but anything above that and I consider myself in testosterone territory!

And what's wrong with crocs?
Mock crocs, of course. With socks.

Roughly translated: She doesn't love you anymore but would reconsider if you paid for her to come over here to visit for a few months.

Oh sorry, wrong thread.

Is this a cunning ploy by the militant wing on NP&E to figure out which PHers need to be shown the door come the glorious dawn of the post-Brexit era?
