Things to cook with beef mince

I need some inspiration and Google hasn't provided much. Aside from tacos, spaghetti Bolognese, lasagne and chilli con carne, what else can I cook with my pack of beef mince that expires this evening?

I do a sort of Thai thing, you can use beef or pork mince.

Fry up with onions, garlic, ginger, fish/soy sauce, Thai curry paste, tamarind paste, chilli, green beans, chopped capsicum, cashew nuts.
Toss some cooked noodles in and Bob's yer uncle.
