No, not the huge nuclear powered russian ships but some sort of 1970s snack food - just seen a reference to it in a book and I've got only a partial recollection of what the damned thing was.

In business (aka The Office) an Icebreaker is an exercise for a bunch of people to get to know each other at the start of a course or project. Normally pretty grim, e.g. "tell us something unique about yourself." Answer, "PH insert funny here!"
e.g. "It's nice to have a change from prison food."
