hi there anyone use a vauxhall omego engine and box in a chevette or a vauxhall viva ??

You will have big problems with the crossmember and possibly the tunnel width. Done a few viva engine conversions and they are always the problem areas as the bonnet height is unusually low. Usually easier to get a V engine in than a tall 4 pot. I did get a T series turbo in but spent hours fabricating a sump to get it low enough.
