Easy to use 32" TV with recording built in

My grandma needs a new TV. She gets confused easily switching between a recording box and a TV, so we're looking for one with it built in, and importantly easy to use.

Can anyone recommend options? I know quite a few these days can record to a USB stick, which would also be fine as long as it's intuitive.
