Is it possible to disable keyless entry?
Discussion
These can conveniently stop any security issues you may be worried about.

Thanks, good call, I bought some last week. However I'd rather just be rid of the whole faff of taking the key in and out of the pouch and just turn keyless off if possiblehttps://www.amazon.co.uk/Defender-Signal-Blocker-b...
The system uses a frequency to challenge the key - the key responds and the doors are locked/unlocked (watch the key when the vehicle's button are pressed).
Removing the keyhead battery will disable the key.
Removing the vehicle battery will disable the car.
Neither are viable options.
I think a return to Krooklok type devices are the only option - physical means of immobilising the car.
Remove the main power relay; a specific fuse but all need to be reversible and not cause system faults that limit the use/function once reinstalled?
Or move.......?

Thanks Pope, thats what I suspected. Its a shame though as Mercedes have a built in mechanism to disable keyless, no reason why others can't do it.Removing the keyhead battery will disable the key.

As for moving? Name me a part of London where the theft of keyless cars hasn't been at epidemic proportions over the last year and I will consider moving there.
Cheers
I thought I'd bump this thread again.
I've searched the web over and over again but can't find any information on whether it is possible. It can be done with Mercs and Lexus.
I know I could ask Porsche themselves but I suspect they will dismiss the matter out of hand and say no even if there is a way.

Buckingham Palace?
That's not a part of London, that's a building. And I'd rather have my car stolen then wake up to find a drunk with mental health issues sitting on my bed lolBuckingham Palace?

I gave up owning a decent car parked on the street in London a good six or seven years ago....that was after multiple thefts or attempted thefts of alloy wheels, bumpers, wing mirrors etc. The only good thing about on street parking is that it's less obvious who owns a car so some of these people walking up drives and "grabbing" your key signal have less chance of success.Buckingham Palace?
Move out of London 2 1/2 years ago and have bought three cars since....having a driveway (that's private) and a garage has liberated me!
