'A mind-boggling 100-mile navigational run for charity, organised by the MGOC, starting from Bury St Edmunds and ending at a suitable pub for lunch. Over 100 cars of all shapes and sizes set off at one-minute intervals and try to get to the end of the course, stopping along the way for refreshments. A good run out, but you *will* need a passenger with a good compliment of brain cells!'

The 2005 run will take place on 22nd May and will start from a venue in the Bury St Edmunds area. As last year we will be providing a light buffet lunch, which is included in the entry fee of £20 per car (driver and passenger). This includes entries, light buffet lunch, rally plaque, finishers prize and route book.

The second stage will finish at a location to be disclosed nearer the day and will include a prize giving and the opportunity to further chat with fellow entrants. As in 2004, we will be staging a competition for all entrants, which will take the form of:

The oldest vehicle on the run
The most colourful characters in their cars!

The profits from this event will be donated to a local charity, the Bury St Edmunds Voluntary Association for the Blind.
