TSB Card Services - contact details?

[shed driver]

Does anyone have any contact details for someone senior at TSB credit cards? Or even Paul Pester (group CEO)? I'm trying to resolve a credit card problem and I despite sending documentation to their collections department in Gloucester by recorded delivery I can't get past their call centre.

I can give further details via PM if required.
