This seems like great value for a McLaren

I'm not in the market myself currently but this caught my eye.
Good service history and price appears to be a new benchmark
Am I missing something?

How is 8K a year "a lot of miles"?
Christsake just drive the bloody things and enjoy the fruits of your labour.
It is high for one of these though isn't it? Christsake just drive the bloody things and enjoy the fruits of your labour.
Agree with driving it though. If it were mine it'd more than 8k a year.
Buying one to hardly use it, or worse to be scared/concerned about putting miles on it seems really odd.
Brilliant, that's what I call a "Pistonheads car". The owner has driven it getting maximum pleasure out their time with the car, looked after it, higher miles (relatively) so worth slightly less, which means the next enthusiast owner can pick it up at a more affordable price, not be worried about putting more miles on it and enjoying to the max as well. Good job!
i quite fancy one of these, however i don't think Mclaren are doing themselves and favours... the perceived reliability concerns, lack of independent dealer support and very expensive (necessary?) warranty would put me off dropping 100 bags on one... which is a shame as i love the look and a big fan of Mclaren brand.

The ferrari 430 went as low as 50k but bounced back.
i don't recall them ever being that low, certainly in the 60s for decent cars, maybe some cat d or LHD cars in the fifties... there were plenty of 40k+ 360s at one point but they were all pretty ropey, a nice car was still £50k+i doubt we'll see the likes of that again, the entry point to new decent cars now is just so high, m3/4 60-70k m5/6s 100k, 911's 100K+ hell even a decent top end golf is 40k! i've been watching R8s for a while and theres a lot of discounting going on, whilist i don't believe theres a massive crash coming, i do think some of the toppy pricing on certain cars will come off, newer 911's particularly seem overpriced to me when u can get stuff like this 12c for 90 bags!

You are the self proclaimed expert on Mclaren prices, maybe you can tell me.....
Prices are a result of demand and supply. The principal problem here is that McLaren screwed every 12c owner over, not only with the introduction of the 650s but more so with the 540/570s. 2016 570s can be had for £135k, 540s for £125k....not too far off your price, especially when most are buying on finance and hence will be the odd £100 per month extra. And still be under warranty...Too many models of basically the same car.....

I would suggest that £30k is quite a long way off the price. Most people have a limit even if that limit is close to £100k. Too many models of basically the same car.....
