AJP8 Liner query

For those of you working on our having rebuilds at the moment:

What was the parts cost for your complete set of eight cylinder liners?

I'm particularly interested in 4.5 Vs 4.7 cost and whether, or where, any of you might have had them made up rather than having them as an off the shelf job.

Any of you used Westwood for AJP8 liners?
