Renting Out Office Space
Discussion
Hi all,
We've got two offices in Birmingham and three in Coventry that I would be prepared to rent out for a weekly/monthly fee.
All offices would come with internet access, a parking space and so on.
Just wondering what the best way of attracting tenants would be? Do I go through an agency or websites such as Gumtree?
Many thanks
