991 Rear Axle Width Differences

What are the rear axle width differences between the 991 range?

I thought that the standard Carrera and Carrera S were the narrowest with the 4S, GTS and GT3 slightly wider then the Turbo, Turbo S, 911R and GT3RS wider again.

Is this correct or is the 911R the same as the GT3?
