Tyres for 996

I will be replacing the rear tyres on the 1998 996 cab with Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 - 255-40-R17-94-Y-N3

The local ATS can get them for 155 each.
The nearest Porsche centre has the same tyre for 242 each, expensive coffee ?

OPC are the biggest rip off merchants around.

Try tyre leader or oponeo etc

The coffee is average at best.

RRP is £189.99. From the Michelin website. I always shop around a few phone calls can save a lot of cash.

Still they are a lot cheer than BMW run flats.

I just paid 620 for a full set of Conti's on a 2003 C2 fitted, balanced etc from my local independant guy. Been going to him for 33 years!
