How long have you had your latest mobile phone?
Discussion
I thought my mobile was quite modern and "trendy". However, my eldest kid laughed at it recently when he took a look at it, because it doesn't take photographs, play music, show football, play games, etc....... His mobile does all of the above, and I don't think I've seen him make a single phone call on it!

I change mine every year… had the current Orange SPV C500 for a few months now - and very happy with it. ![]()
That's what I'm after next![]()
Although I am very happy with my Motorola.
It's my third SPV (had the original and the E200)…
The C500 has a decent battery life, isn't too bulky, has great functionality, and sync's with Outlook on the PC, so you don't have to mess around with putting in numbers, calendar entries etc, as it just hoovers them up.
Two issues…
1) takes a bit of getting used to, with the texting as the space button is different to the Nokia's I've had previously.
2) It's a Windows OS. In other words, use task manager to get the best out of it, and reboot (off and on again) every day...
I currently have one of those LG handsets, cos I'm with 3. Seemed like a great idea at the time, to go with 3... cheap line rental, 500 free minutes, etc... videophone... but I've had to have the bloody thing replaced 3 times already (calls keep cutting off, handset display freezes, you lose reception for no apparent reason, your address book mysteriously vanishes... must I go on?) and it's now much too late to pull out the contract. Ah well!
When the phone works, it's fine... but ... *sigh*
Have had it since December... prior to that I tend to change contracts/network/numbers every year!

I have had my Motorola A1000 for about a month and I love it. I got 256MB of memory for it, and now I use it as a phone and as an MP3 player, and as a camera (though I ever took many photos anyway).
Plus the touchscreen is pretty cool, the handwriting recognition works well and reception is usually pretty good (despite being with 3).
In a months time, when tthe touchscreen is broken I'll be on here complaining, but for now...
