Any ideas on what this is?

Spotted this in the car park at work, it’s badged as a Harland, the interior looks BMW but looks like a Ferrari.

Without checking the plate, is it perhaps a Z3 with a fake Ferrari body on it?

ETA and having checked the plate, it is indeed a Z3, with the 2.8 engine

It's a Z3 with a 250SWB-alike bodykit on it.
