ordered 3 items from the above, but only 2 came mailed them my concerns a bit of a negative mail back, so tried to ring them couldn't get through have you had any problems with them ?

My OH has a similar issue, received 1 parcel of 2, after alot of searching managed to find a customer services number and they advised to wait a few days. The 2nd parcel was delivered the following day.

Misleading as the 1st parcel had the full delivery note inside so looked like they had only part delivered.
