Not exactly walking down the lane. More like trying to stop and intimidate the traffic....

This. Why is the prick in the middle of the road?

They were asking to be pushed out the way really; trying to halt traffic for no obvious reason, whilst looking like a villain.

My Mother and Step Father regularly follow that hunt. I hope he wouldn't have stopped either.

Why deliberately try and stop a car in the middle of the road unless you have a death wish? They should be grateful the driver slowed down before driving into them.

Why's there so much of this being posted at the moment, is there more of it happening?

Weird behaviour, I wouldn't be stopping for them either.

I guess because they had cameras and could sell selectively edited clips to the Daily Mail

Well if I got interviewed by the Police as the driver of the vehicle I would state that as a lone driver, I had a reasonably held fear that my life was in danger when faced with multiple masked individuals in the middle of the road trying to stop traffic. I drove off in order to preserve my own life.

Id run them over too. How are you supposed to know they were hunt sabs? look like criminals about to car jack you and potentially seriously harm you or kill you so treat them like the threat they appear to be.

wouldn't stop - lived in South Africa for too long

However - would they be done for jaywalking or the car driver for causing bodily harm?

Jaywalking? Where was this incident? Somewhere in the USA?

C'mon, there might have been just a tad of a clue in the post to allow a smidgeon of licence...? No?? wink

Fair enough, but he doesn’t say whether he lives there now.

Back on topic. I wouldn’t be stopping, but nor would I be keen to damage my car, or have potentially serious injuries on my conscience by running them over.

100%.

Whilst I disagree with the (illegal) hunts, I find people like this just as arrogant and unpleasant.

I used to know a hunt sab. He was a pretty horrible individual. He didn’t sab the hunt out of any respect for the fox; just “it was fun pissing rich people off on a Sunday morning”. I’m all for the dogs getting a scent on a training run and helping control the foxes - they’re just a bloody nuisance.

Having said that, I wouldn’t run a coward in a mask over as I wouldn’t want that on my conscience.

I think you should get off the fence and make your feelings on the subject clear.
