I've realised this because I'm sitting here fg knackered, as I did my usual 10 hours in the office yesterday and went home and did 4 hours plastering because I can't afford (chose not to sell my bike) to pay the £3k that the proffesionals wanted for the job

Luckily I'll be shown the error of my ways by paying an extra shit loads of council tax when my house is finished.
