Audi S4 Tensioner engine codes Help

Hi All
I have been to look at a B6 S4 which is making a quite unpleasant amount of noise (squealing etc) and seems to be running a little bit rough. I read the fault codes to see if it could be related to the chain tensioner issue but nothing seems to marry up.
I have codes from my Vgate scanner when I scanned ecu and Engine sections of:
17981 Left engine mount solenoid Valve Open Circuit P1573 - Sporadic 004 No signal/communication
00819 High pressure sensor G65 Sporadic signal too low
00532 - 181 KWP1281 Supply voltage B+ Sporadic Power Supply is too small
It is worth noting the car has possibly done over 200k miles so theoretically the chain tensioner issue should have been and gone by now. As a side note if the tensioner does go would that result in oil in coolant issue? I haven't seen many people comment about the car making a huge racket other than the chain rattling around a lot.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
