We seem to be going through a lot of coffee, at least two of these tins a week. Being a re - user of items as opposed to a recycler has anyone any useful ideas as to what can be done with them?

One tin might be useful for storing things. Two a week is a recycling problem.

Get a long piece of string, give one to your mate over the road and save money on phone calls?

Couple of pieces of string and everyone will think you are taller than you really are.

We use the lids to seal our half empty cat-food tins..... other than that, buying an air gun seems like the best idea.

i re use old glass jam jars and the like for spare nuts and bolts and keeping stuff in. These tins are strong and well made, it seems a great pity that they only go for recycling and not reusing.
