GKN Diff backlash

Just removed my GKN diff as part of a refurb (along with all suspension wishbones etc).

Diff has a leak at the input and one of the output flanges so I am going to replace all oil seals. The input leak I suspect could also be through the threads of the main input drive nut as got a shower of gear oil when I disconnected the prop!

Once on the floor (it's heavier than it looks!!) I checked for backlash, and can feel some movement on the input flange and output flanges- question is how much should there be (if any)?

Does anyone have a link or pdf for rebuilding the diff and setting the pre-load etc?

There was a link somewhere as the gkn came from a Maserati so maybe check along those lines, sorry I can't be more help.
