Sigh

Last year my car broke down on the way to see Supergrass and I missed a gig I was looking forward to seeing. This year they are playing on May 23rd the day before an exam so I had decided that it wouldn't be wise to go and wait until next time. I've just found out a band I like, leaves, are releasing a new album and are touring by supporting SuperGrass.

I'm going to miss both the bands I've been desperate to see. and double !

Surely one night isn't going to make that much of a difference to your exam (plus there is a lot of evidence to say that relaxing and chillin' out the day before an exam is actually better than swotting!)

Very true, but this is my second last exam for my Uni degree which I've worked for three years, if I stuff the exam because I went to a gig I'll be upset.

Leaves, a small icelandic band similar to Coldplay but far superiour imo.

because due to really shitty results in my semester 2 exams in stage 2 due to my home life disappearing down the unlit tunnel, I'm loitering on the verge of a 2-1 and need good results to pull myself up.
