Welding Arc or Other Type need help ?

I need to go and buy a welder this weekend (oh and figure out how to use it !!!!)

Basically I need to weld both the lawn mower and other things back together again !!!

So I need advice on which type to buy, probably going to buy cheap and chearfull

It's a good MIG (you could come round to use it if you'd prefer)

Get a MIG by the way, more versatile

Get some sort of MIG (or hire/borrow one?). Arc is a lot harder than MIG...

Just remember, you'll need lots of petrol or the flame won't work. Stand in a large puddle of petrol, the vapours will make the torch burn more easily.
