What classic for weekend use (lots of use)
Discussion
DB7............... maybe but DB9 is a better option..
P5B.............. not keen on the looks of these
Stag................i have a friend who owned of of these for quite some time and i do like these
Interceptor.......fragile for lots of use? big bills?
Merc R107 SL & 560 SEC both very good shouts with plenty of spare cash for eventualities
I have always liked the Porsche 993 & 968
Thanks for your input so far

Rolls Royce Silver Shadow?
You can get a nice one for £20k or less, and save the rest for running costs/fuel. Just make sure it isn't rusty (they seem surprisingly good on this front) and that the hydraulics work properly (check the rear suspension levels correctly, brakes are good and there are no pressure warning lights on the dash). There's also the Bentley 8/Turbo R too.

I don't think of the DB7 as a classic yet.....
I guess neither are classics to many but as i plan to pile on the mileage i wonder if the DB9 is the better buy..
65/66 mustang is a great shout...
Bristol another good one but maybe not for high mileage use
Xk/xkr to many not a classic but i like these a lot (serious contender in coupe form and maybe a great daily to go with my new classic
)Bmw 635csi i had one of these for a week, quick flip as i really didnt like it and actually made a profit
Another 928s My old one is still available to buy back (i sold a half share in it to a friend) if i want but we are hanging onto it for now as it needs some fettling to make mint again.
Bentley continental is a great shout and one i had totally forgotten about
Aston martin virage is in my opinion one of the marques worse cars, the way the rear end kicks up just looks awful
Bentley 8/Turbo R is worth a look but ive never been a fan of any Rolls (any that i can afford)
thanks for your ideas
Stand out from the crowd. And have money for rectification/improvements.
