Just dropped the lower front panel off , to be sprayed. The chicken wire stone guard will need replacing. Is the wire the best option, I know you only really notice it when you have to remove leaves and the occasional pheasant... has anyone done anything different.

Mine just had hardware store small hole "chicken wire" - maybe 1/2" holes. No idea if that was original. I plan to look for something in stainless or chrome at some point. Grady

Made this up a good few years ago now. The mesh is stainless. Cheers Steve
