Amazon prime non delivery

Had an email on Fri "package left in garage" (we don't have a garage our safe delivery place is the porch) I've checked with neighbours.

How the devil do I contact them to complain?

go onto your ordered items, there is a link to contact them by phone or chat

Just go to your order and contact them from there.

Had to do it last week when the card through the door said it had been delivered to our house number and the email said the it had been delivered to a neighbour with a name we didn't recognise but still stating our house number.

Complained online and got a refund within a couple of hours.
