rear window brake light

hello everyone,

in my 98 xjr the brake light in the back window, one of the bulbs has blown,dont work, now can i buy a new bulb and fit it myself? and can i buy this bulb from somewhere like halfords etc... are they easy to fit?

any help would be great,
