Quirky Clutch? Second opinion please!

Seems I might have a quirky gear change issue, but only whilst changing UP into 4th...
Sometimes when releasing the clutch up to forth it takes a bit 'longer' for that gear to engage. What I mean by this, is if I go from 2nd to 3rd, I'll get instant power as soon as I release the clutch into 3rd. I can hit the accelerator and there's my power immediately after the pedal is fully released. However, often when going from 3rd to 4th I find once I've fully released the clutch there'll be a slight 'delay' before I can continue accelerating despite the gas being applied. It's only momentary but still noticeable. Even if I floor it there's no difference (and no spikes in RPM on the rev counter that would suggest slippage)
The work around to this is if I apply the accelerator slightly as I'm releasing the pedal after changing into 4th it's fine. Not a biggy.
On the service print out it shows the clutch and DMF having both been done fairly recently. Plus all the clutch tests I've done suggest it's healthy and fine. If I floor it in 5th there's no sudden spike in the RPM's. Even during the 3rd to 4th change. Also, if I change down from say 5th to 3rd the van slows right down and the RPM's shoot right up as you'd expect with a normally functioning clutch.
My van is an NV200 (1.5 dci engine)

It`s a turbo diseasal so has a narrow power band.
Clutches don't know which gear you`re in so, generally speaking, clutch faults present the same in any gear.
My NV200 (2012 dci 85K miles) occasionally limits itself to 3K revs when cold, feels odd when it happens ~as if it is hesitating/misfiring.
