Their wenbsite has been down for days. I tried their phone number today and got what sounded like a BT recorded message saying something to the effect that their number is 'temporarily unavailable'.

Have they ceased trading or is there a more innocuous explanation ?

I've seen the ninemeister about yesterday on another thread. I think the website got hacked by an ebay scammer, but they are taking the opportunity to do some redevelopment.
He'll probably read this and reply telling me its all bollox soon

Colin's gone of racing, Steve has unpluged the computer and Mark has painted himself into a corner and is waiting for the paint to dry

We are still here.

The 9m website is back on line (after a fashion) and is being reviewed, more on this later.

The problem on Friday is that we had a telephone engineer in trying to sort out our phone system that has been giving grief since it was installed nearly 8 months ago. Does not help when Christine the office manager is off and hence overloads everybody else, so all I can ask is to keep trying, you may need to keep the phone ringing longer to give us chance to react.

Please also understand that whist I am busy extracting for a customer I will not take calls from someone else (since he is paying for my time). Recently we have been working well into the wee small hours in order to catch up with the current backlog, since at the last count we had nearly 40 cars in nearing completion, hence why occasionally I may be unavailable for hours on end. Also for the last 6 weeks we had missing staff (holidays/sick) so everybody's patience over these trying times is very well appreciated.

Normal service will hopefully be resumed as soon as possible.
