Cayenne Turbo S front disc options

Hi All,
I have had my Cayenne 2006 Turbo S for 5 years, and entering my last year of ownership (looking to change end of 2018).
I am in the process of getting the all the brakes changed as it requires them, and have ordered pads inc rear discs from design 911.
However the front discs are massively expensive (£800 ish per side), as they are two piece jobbies.
EDIT: my cars uses the 380mm disc.
I've searched the net for one piece options but can not find anything.
Is there such a conversion/option? Also is it advisable?
Any ideas?
If there is no other option I will sell the car on (with obvious notes to buyer) as its not worth pumping money into the car so late in its life cycle.

I wonder if they're the same discs as those fitted to a Panamera? Both models share a hell of a lot of chassis parts, I believe (MLB platform and all that).
If so, you can get some discs for much, much cheaper (just fitted these myself and researched their quality - seems better than OEM - and I'm very happy with them):

That is very interesting and I am looking into it.
From what I can see, the Pana. discs are 10mm bigger, and different hole arrangement - will see if my very knowledgeable mechanic advices anything.

Hope it helps; I agree OEM prices are bonkers.
Not sure all of those technical details are bang-on from that site; might be worth speaking to an Indy/Design 911 or even OPC to see how similar they are.
I would not hesitate to recommend those discs and if you research Zimmerman, they aim to match (or better) OEM quality. I also found "ABS" in Holland to be pretty good but Zimmerman dip their products in anti-rust coatings, which is always helpful with brake parts. I also went with their brake pads and they seem just as good as OEM.

Hi All. I’m new and currently a BMW only man but looking to cross the Casam into Porsche world - namely a 2009+ Turbo S.
I was curious if the OP found a solution to this “issue” of replacement disc price?
I am shortlisting a few cars and one of them may need new discs (slight lip on current discs) and so I’m doing research into prices. Now I accepted the Turbo S is very rare (part of the draw to the car!) but I didn’t appreciate the cost for these discs!!!
Thus am curious if the OP found a solution here or sold the car on the understanding the work was pending?
The cheapest I have found is via ECP and for a Pagid make. They are coming in at £1172 for the pair and that includes a 40% discount!

Exactly the same Brembo Textar front pads Porsche wanted to sell me at less than a third of the price - I actually physically compared them with a set at a main dealer. They arrived in 3 days and then I got a specialist to fit them. No impact on my Porsche warranty.
Porsche quote to supply & fit new front pads and sensors (mine is a 64 plate 3.0 diesel) £580. Pads & sensors cost me £114 & labour £60. I don't mind paying slightly over the odds but ......
