Can I block or hide a posts from individual posters

There is one poster in particular I find very tiresome,especially when it comes to finance and insurance related stuff. He is very argumentative and always responds with questions and no real answers.
Is there anyway to block this little fker so I don't have to see his attempts to belittle other contributors.

I would imagine so. There is an option to hide posts if you use a certain browser and run some scripts, have a look at similar threads in here as someone posted the details not that long ago.

One would imagine that it would be the job of the mods to warn them, and if ignored then ban them for being deliberately argumentative ie trolling.....................

Well I can immediately think of a few more who I'd be instantly ticking the IG box for. Ones who could start a fight in an empty room, for example. And ones who haven't changed their posting style much since they were perma-banned but still came back anew.

We really do need this feature. There are so many threads that I just stop reading because of this bunch of nobs.

I can't understand why long-standing members often quote these people. They'd go away eventually if they were just ignored.
