TVR to be sued again ?

It has just broken in the press that the T&GWU is starting legal action against TVR in the Courts on behalf of its members. The issue concerns the way TVR managenment handled the lay-offs of 96 of its workforce in February. Twenty-six employees are still in a state of nomadic flux, without pay. It is believed that TVR management will/can not discuss the issue and acted illegally.
