GKN Diff oil question

Hi, what is the best oil for the GKN diff? Mobillube HD90 as on plate under the bonnet? or some thing else?
Next are the drain & refil plugs obvious?
Finally how much oil does the diff take?

I used Millers CRX LS 80W140, its about £9 per litre and you need just over 1ltr. The oil drain is quite obvious at the bottom of the diff. The filler is at the top rear of the diff, just by the chassis tube! it takes a 3/8th drive. On some of the diffs the filler has been moved to the side of the diff for better access.
