Maybe there should be a spoiler warning just in case someone records it and doesn't want to know that it's the Custard Cream hehe

I thought it would be the digestive, as that can be eaten with cheese and also can have chocolate and even caramel on it smile

It HAS to be the custard cream, bourbon comes close as does hob nobs and mcvities choc digestives but the custard cream wins it for me, plus it's the one item of food which is inflation proof, you can still get 250 of them for something like 79p.

Custard cream and bourbons have "cool" value and are staple favourites. Up in the top 10. But they never really hit the spot like chocolate biscuits dipped in tea.

I stumbled across this whilst channel surfing last night, and was a bit depressed - have we really watched the point where 1.5 hours of primetime, terrestrial television is devoted to a list show about biscuits?

I enjoyed it - but sadly it did not include some of my favourite biscuits that seem to only exist in Ireland (even though they are made by Jacobs) -

Kimberley

Mikado

Coconut Cream

Only having the top 20 was a bit poor. I know they then showed 20 to 11, but that was just a list on the screen.

That programme could have been so much more !

Maybe their wafer-thin budget didn't allow them to expand on those from 20-11. scratchchin
