Hello,
My wife has a problem with her 2016 Q3 Sline TFSI Quattro, a metallic grinding noise intermittently appears, usually starts after 5-10 minutes of driving at 30mph plus. We have uploaded a video of the noise to YouTube: https://youtu.be/XP4oOkjAuxs
It has been investigated by our local audi dealer who said they could find nothing wrong, despite hearing this din on a drive and claimed it might have been a loose spanner in the toolkit
Is anyone able to help suggest the fault, as my wife is nervous to drive her car.
