Can anyone recommend a printer/print finishers who can print, trim, fold and glue card pouches/envelopes of approximate C7 size, or some other off the shelf size, please? (I don't want to get a die made up at this stage)

I can go up a cm, the stock needs to be about 200gsm, with an open flap with a peel and seal strip. CMYK printed, artwork supplied.

Any suggestions for a potential supplier please?

What sort of quantity?

I'd recommend you speak to Steve Hatchett:

Have used him numerous times and highly recommend.

Gave them a call Timja but my required card density is an issue at this stage in the project (short run on 180gsm not possible). But will go back one longer runs are required and this can be accommodated. Ta for the recommendation.

Erm...at this stage, as few as I can get away with to be honest - can I PM you?
