Creating tons of sub groups
Discussion
General gassing used to have some brilliant content including what car threads. They had loads of contributors and would get some great replies.
I get the fact that you want to create sub groups to be able to target advertisements better but you just kill threads by moving them into sub categories that nobody ever visits.
Do you actually have any good statistics about how many individual clicks the Car Buying section has actually had since you started it? I would hazard a guess it is very low. I started a thread and started getting loads of helpful replies only for you to move it and it dies. https://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&...
Killing traffic for the sake of advert targeting seems a bit odd.
Threads in there get no replies.

The irony is that threads like Independant Lee and Jif Enfused ones get to run for ever in there
