Well, she looked like she had once been a really beautiful woman.... but she'd had her lips enlarged to the point that they looked like they were going to spilt open. And she then proudly announced that she was going for some sort of record to have the largest breast implants in the World. Her breasts had quite literally been enlarged so much that they looked like the skin was going to tear at any second.

I suppose as I am very large breasted and would like a reduction, I just can't imagine why she would want to go to the point of disfiguring herself in that way, just to get into the record books.
