I normally use a salt and pepper mix with a little onion and garlic dry rub then low and slow in a BBQ with hickory wood for about 5-6 hours.

If you have one or two not a ladder then slow cooker, onions, garlic and mushrooms with a red wine. Again long low cook I find makes a good result

Ramsay has a good recipe. It’s on YouTube I think, basically braised in wine and stock for ~3 hours. We are doing it Boxing Day. Got 18 ribs. :-)

IIRC there are some braising recipes on here , long and slow , talking 5-6 hrs . They'll have a fantastic gravy , I'd maybe serve with a mustard mash and one or two greens . Keep it simple .

I'm partial to them on the BBQ but the above is even better and easier. A whole bulb of garlic too I think? Sublime.

That’s is. We are also putting in oxtail with them too to make the gravy a little bit more ‘better’
