How many t350c owners have condensation and water entry problems in their front and rear light clusters?
Has your dealer been able to fix this prob? My dealer tells me their is no definitive cure. After rainfall or washing my car water enters through the horizontal joint on one of my front light clusters between the perspex cover and GRP.
After two reseals water is still getting in. I wonder if TVR have managed to solve this problem with the new Sagaris model.

Mine suffers from this (badly, front lights only).
However, my dealer has fixed this before through resealing the units (and other posts on here seem to indicate it is fixable).

Not had any problems with my front light clusters, there is a bit of dust in there I'd like to clean out though (remove bulb and vacuum/lint cloth hopefully).

Both my rear clusters have been resealed now. The first one was done not long after getting the car and hasn't leaked since, the RH one has just been done - we'll see how long it lasts.

FWIW, I've seen tons of other makes of new cars with leaky light clusters.

I sometimes get slight condensation in my front lights (although it was left outside a dealers for 3 weeks!), but then again, I had a brand new MGTF and it was worse on that one!

Did have this very badly at the front. But after being touched by a dealer that knows what they are doing... its perfect. So definately fixable

Never had this over last 12 months, out in all weathers - I guess it depends on diligence of particular guy doing sealant.

Thanx for all the replies, the thing that really bugs me is one front headlight cluster has always been okay but the other immediately becomes a sauna when I start driving. My dealer and the factory have failed to fix it. Can anyone recommend a dealer in the midlands that may make an effort to solve my problem?
A cure will get them my servicing.

Mine was "fixed" 3 times, but to no avail... re-did it myself a few weeks ago, and although a lot better, its still not cured - as you say, after a heavy rainfall, it looks like a mini sauna....

Does he have a book out?

Edited to say, burruks, damned sobering feelings, need more lubricant.

And also, my loits are fine, so I concur with the sealant idea...

Never had any condensation in mine and its driven in fairly bad conditions (Aberdeen!). Its garaged overnight if that makes a difference.

(Got mine from Hexham Horseless)

Both front and both rear get condensation. Dealer had a couple of attempts and factory one - still happens.

I don't have a garage so although car is used everyday it is always out in the elements.

I was wondering whether internal breather holes would help rather than the 'partial' seal they currently get with the silicon.

Had this problem with my Tam and its back in at the moment having both fronts re sealed. Think the problem is also that the lamp unit itself needs to seal against the inner body. Mine had a problem with headlight adjustment, so the dealer stuck a spacer between the body and the lamp, sorted the level of headlights, but left a slight gap where air can get in from behind the cover!!
