Pains that just wont quit.

So been working through this and will probably be getting an appointment sorted soon, been mentioned that it could be chronic pain, however wondering if there is any advice out there.

the pain started with the thigh, outside felt painful not howlingly painful but still painfull all the same. like a hot wet pain inside my leg ?

Pain in the lower back just above the buttocks both sides. and what can only be described as a deep pain running down the centre of my chest.
